Warehouse management built for small and midsize 3PLs. Storely is preparing for launch — explore the workflows and tell us what your warehouse needs.

Core platform
Storely is built around what small 3PLs actually do every day — and does it cleanly, without the bloat of enterprise platforms.
Each client's inventory is completely isolated. Separate lot tracking, expiry dates, quarantine statuses, and reporting — all in one system.
Per-client rate cards, automatic billing event capture, and monthly invoice generation. Stop losing revenue to uncaptured charges.
Group orders into waves, pick in first-expiry-first-out order automatically, and confirm picks by scanning any product barcode.
Define bill-of-materials for subscription boxes, gift sets, and FBA prep kits. Execute assembly jobs that consume components and post billing events automatically.
Your clients see their own inventory, submit ASNs, create orders, and download invoices — without calling you. Self-service, 24/7.
Every 3PL runs on its own dedicated database — your inventory, orders, and client records are never mixed with another operator's data.
Floor scanning
Use a compatible phone or tablet camera to scan barcodes in the browser. Test your device, browser, barcode labels, lighting, and warehouse network before rollout.
Compatible hardware scanners in keyboard-wedge mode work too — switch between camera and hardware-scanner input on the same screen. Explore mobile scanning and compatibility.
Pricing
Pay for what you use, not for capabilities you'll never touch. Add-ons only when you need them.
Everything a small 3PL needs to operate. Up to 250 clients, unlimited warehouse users, unlimited orders.
For 3PLs adding clients and warehouses. Up to 1000 clients, unlimited warehouse users, unlimited orders.
Add only the modules you actually need.
Planned launch pricing · 30-day trial planned · No mandatory implementation fees

Common questions
How long does it actually take to get started?
Storely is pre-launch. Contact us to discuss launch availability and your warehouse setup. The setup process is: configure your warehouse layout → import your clients and products → set up rate cards → go. There are no consultants, no implementation packages, and no required training sessions.
Do I need dedicated scanner hardware?
Dedicated scanner hardware is not required for compatible devices. Storely supports camera scanning in the browser and compatible hardware scanners in keyboard-wedge mode. Test your device, browser, barcode labels, lighting, and warehouse network before rollout.
How does billing work for multiple clients?
Each client gets their own rate card with line items for storage, receiving, outbound orders, and special handling. Storage is calculated automatically every month. Receiving and outbound charges are calculated when you click Finalize on a shipment or order — a deliberate, separate step from receiving or shipping, so you're never billing on numbers that might still change. At month end, invoices are generated, and Pro-plan customers can push any invoice to QuickBooks® Online with one click.
Will my pricing change after I sign up?
No. Your rate is locked at signup and we don't restructure pricing on existing customers — no surprise tier changes, no forced migrations to a new plan.
Is my data kept separate from other customers?
Yes. Each 3PL gets its own isolated database, hosted securely in the cloud, so your inventory, orders, and client records are never mixed with another operator's data. Within your account, each client's inventory is fully separated from every other client.
Do you have an API?
Yes. The Pro plan includes full REST API access and outbound webhooks. Your clients' systems can receive real-time notifications when orders ship, inventory changes, or shipments are received — without polling.
